When you purchase scan credits on LLMSight, the credits are delivered instantly to your account after payment verification through Razorpay, our payment gateway.
Once the payment is confirmed, the purchased credits are immediately added to your account balance and are ready to use for AI visibility scans.

Credit packages cannot be exchanged for a different package size or type. If you need more credits, simply purchase an additional credit package. All credit packages are additive — new credits are added to your existing balance.
LLMSight is accessible globally via any modern web browser. There are no geographic restrictions on accessing the service or purchasing credits. However, scan results may vary depending on the AI engines selected and their regional availability.
